We would like to help The Parks Trust increase their collection of feathers for a future bird identification activity. Please look for these and any other interesting items as you walk around the reserve.
Wildfowl walk Sunday 16th February has been cancelled due to weather conditions)
Update following reports of Storm Dennis
We intend at this time to open as usual, but if weather conditions are very bad we may need to restrict access to parts of the site. In particular it may be sensible to avoid areas of trees where sometimes branches fall in high winds. Also the circular boundary walk may be flooded. Andy Harding's guided walk is cancelled.
If the weather looks to become too risky we may have to cancel or close early.
However, at the moment the Centre will be open for hot drinks and home-made cakes. We look forward to seeing you.
There may be an opportunity for a general guided walk around the reserve later at 11 a.m. depending on availability of leaders.

Mon23Mar2020Tue01Sep2020
RSPB North Bucks Local Group have announced that they are suspending all of their forthcoming events , following advice from the RSPB Regional Office:
"Regrettably the time has come for us to decide to advise that as a Local group you suspend all your activities until at least the 1st of September. We have not arrived at this decision lightly but feel in these uncertain times it is the best decision for you and your group members. We will review the situation over time, and it may be necessary for us to extend the advice for you to suspend all your activities beyond that date. "For the time being RSPB sites remain open, subject to members observing strict social distancing rules. This may change, of course.
To keep up to date, check the group's website: http://ww2.rspb.org.uk/groups/northbucks
