MEMBERS’ EVENING
An opportunity for members to share recent wildlife encounters and areas of natural history interest. This week we had contributions from the website team who shared information about recent changes and new features on the site; from Paul Lund who showed some interesting trail camera footage from his garden and some of his work on insect photography; from Sue Hetherington who introduced us to Coombes Quarry ahead of our summer visit and explained some of the geology with the help of a delicious layer cake that she kindly distributed afterwards; and from Julie Cuthbert who shared some fascinating close wildlife observations!
