Courtesy of Bucks Bird Club, you can watch Bucks peregrines from the comfort of home. Bucks Bird Club have installed webcams at 2 locations – Aylesbury and High Wycombe. These are now up and running and can be accessed from the Bucks Bird Club website – you don’t have to be a member to access them.
The link to the Aylesbury webcam is on the home page, scroll down to “Aylesbury Peregrines”. This is a 24/7 live feed of the nesting platform atop County Hall in Aylesbury. It is also accessible via “Birding in Bucks” -> Aylesbury Peregrines. https://www.bucksbirdclub.co.uk/birding-in-bucks/aylesbury-peregrines
The High Wycombe platform is on the parish church. Its webcam is accessed via “Birding in Bucks” -> High Wycombe Peregrines. https://www.bucksbirdclub.co.uk/birding-in-bucks/high-wycombe-peregrines
This also is a live 24/7 feed and as I look (9:30pm on Friday 13/3/26) excitingly, I see that one egg has been laid today (it wasn’t there when I looked this morning) !!!
Both webpages have information about the story so far, written by Mike Wallen, Bucks County Bird Recorder.
We also have “urban peregrines” at MK Dons Stadium, Olney church and Marlow church but there are no webcams on these.
There are numerous other sites nationwide with webcams. My favourite is at Derby Cathedral which you should find easily by ‘googling’ if this is of interest.
