We are sad to report news of the death of Mike Killeby, a long-standing and active member of MKNHS and former Chairman (1993 to 1996). Funeral details are at the foot of this news item.

Mike had particular skills in studying insects and contributed in these and other ways, such as being part of the Society’s team that carried out practical management of Howe Park Wood and surveying of invertebrates for the Hazeley Wood studies.

Funeral Service: Monday, 18th May 2026, 11am at Crownhill Crematorium.

Funeral Tea: The Mercure Hotel, The Approach, Two Mile Ash , MK8 8LY.
