Please note that there is limited car parking space at the reserve and it is a popular destination on weekend afternoons in winter, so car sharing is essential as far as possible and it is advisable to arrive in good time. If the car park is full, return to the village of Beckley, park there and walk down Otmoor Lane. Do not park in Otmoor Lane. Limited ferrying can be arranged for those who need a lift back up the hill at the end of the afternoon. Tracks on the reserve are flat, but very muddy, so strong, waterproof footwear is needed. The distance from the car park to the furthest screen on the reserve and back is approximately 4km.
